Torres de Quart



This tower was built in 1441, by architect Pere Bonfill as an enrance through the wall of the medieval city.
It is part of the old city walls, built in the Late Gothic style, and served a defensive function. You can still the scars of
Napoleon's cannon balls when he invaded in 1808. The gates were his point of entry into the city.
